NEEDS JUSTICE !!!! JOIN YOUR HANDS

TATA one of the renowned companies also playing vitally in GSM service in Hyderabad is simply fooling people and doing day smart theft on public.

I REQUEST PUBLIC TO RAISE THEIR VOICE AND TO KICK OUT FROM SERVICE SECTORS TO THIS SUCK COMPANY. IF YOU CANNOT THROW THEM OUT LETS TAKE AN OATH OF NOT USING THEIR FU*K OFF SERVICE of any of their products.

I have done a GPRS recharge of 48 bucks that says I can browse net for 30 days up to 2 GB day and night anytime. From the day I recharged I was able to do net for about 2 days only and I consumed 50 MB hardly. From the 3rd day I was not able to connect to net.
I called to customer care several times they asked me to install new setting, restart mobile. I did everything but nothing literally worked for me when I was to do net from BSNL gprs at the same time. They said something was wrong in my hand set (Xperia mini pro) when I was able to do from BSNL. They said I have some wrong setting which I re-installed several times. Deleted temporary files, cookies, histories and restarted my cell.

It might look weird that I am fighting for 48 bucks but that is not the fact. I am raising my voice on a worst service and innocent public is getting victimized. If 100 such people are getting fooled everyday then think how much they are looting from public every year. It must be in some billions. Our money is not paper notes which might be for Rattan Tata. It is our blood we have sweat while working.

CSRs finally said there was some congestion problem. My question is if there is congestion problem can’t they increase the bandwidth. If they really can’t why the hack they are providing the advertisement and offering GPRS service to do blunder. CSR (Suresh) said it will be solved after morning 7 am when all will stop accessing net. I asked what will happen next night?. he proudly said the same problem you cannot access your net. I asked him to transfer the call to his supervisor. He said Managers and supervisors don’t work in night so asked me to give a call during morning time after 7.

I got **** off and called in the morning and asked them to transfer me to supervisor. Gayatri was the one to take the call. She again reiterates it was due to congestion problem. That useless lady who only speaks what is there in front of her screen having no practical knowledge of anything. Doesn’t know how such stupid people in stupid becomes stupid supervisor to nonsense CSRs. I asked her to transfer me to hers manager. She said MGR comes at evening time. They are rascals at no time you can get hold of supervisor and manager at the same time.

I gave a call at evening and call was routed to Robert the big boss of them so called Manager who manages thins by giving false words and commitment who deserves a ‘Chappals made mala on his neck’.
He said the problem will be solved within 24 hours and got escaped.

It was almost 28 days I am calling every time I dial to Customer care IVR says they are busy and send an email when if I tries from my friend no. it gets connect to Customer Care. It seems they have closed connection form my no. to Customer care.

It has such foolish CSRs they say chapandi (I feel like hitting chappals on those bloody ***). They seems are working from some village suburbs with very less payouts. They haven't learned basic mannerism The IVR speaks in Telugu and I don’t understand Telugu. Finally I decided to send a mail across to them. However IVR which says send a mail as CSRs are busy it says in Telugu and I don’t understand the language.

I called 121 from my friend cell and asked to change my language. He gave me a no.12525 to change language latter I found that I was IVR to do recharge balance. I called him and told to those nonsense I don’t want 12525 language to be changed I wanted 121 language to be changed. One of their so called technical guy told me I can do it in 121 by hearing to IVR. Smartly I asked him to stay online by saying please listen to IVR and direct me as I don’t understand Telugu. I conference the call to 121. He directed me for 45 mins asking me to dial sometimes ‘1 3 5 2 4 6 7 # 0 * ‘ and said finally language can’t be changed. My friend said gain and again he was taking me to back menu and listening to the options. The so called technical guy was even unaware of IVR options and product knowledge it seems.

I REQUEST ALL PLEASE DON”T USE THEIR SERVICE USE ANYONES ( I am here not to promote any service certainly ) so that a day will come when company will have 0 revenue earned from public it will stop all nonsense service and will kick its stupid employees and they should die in hunger. I give all my bad wishes to Tata group and may they drowned in debt. ……… Amen
