Petition Against Builders Charging Suvidha Sulk for Floor Registration

I want to raise my voice against builders of Gurgaon who are demanding Admin and Service fee as a Suvidha Sulk for arranging registry of floors.

Recently Haryana Government opened registry of floors in Gurgaon and there are more than 20,000 floors waiting for registry but now when the time has come we have got strange demands from builders, they are demanding Rs 20,000 to 60,000 as their admin fee and some are even charging same amount as legal charges.

Haryana Government fixed rates for floor registry as 6%, 7% and 8% including Rs. 12,000 as registry charges but apart from these builders are asking above amounts to warm their kitty. This is non sense and should stop immediately.
