Why is India taking so long to implement stricter laws to end rapes? What does it take to implement and punish rapists who take away the life of our sisters and daughters? The Government of India should take action and immediately bring into effect much stricter punishments to curb rapists. The more stricter the laws and punishments are, the more afraid people will be to attempt any such gruesome acts. It's high time, we open our eyes and bring such laws into effect. Jai Hind.
