Remove face mask of culprits who indulge in anti social activites

As I am observing from last couple of years that if the police personnel succeeding in catching culprits who are indulging any anti social activities such as Robbery, Murder or Rape attempts. Why the police are covering the faces of culprits with the mask.
If unfortunately the culprits escape from prison the normal people are helpless to help the police in finding the culprit. Mean time the culprit may harm some other people.


My plea is that who ever indulging in such activities there faces should be highlighted in media, news papers and should paste on each and every wall of that culprit village where he belongs to so that everybody including his relatives, friends will be able to know the cruel part of that person....
The court should take initiative to do this type of actions so that who ever wants to any wrong attempts will think twice before committing any mistake...
