Everybody earns and also want to save the earnings for the future use. And everybody has to save the earnings in the banks only. We have no choice other than banks.
That means the responsibility of the bank and to safeguard the money of the customers.
Here banks like ICICI only sends the Mails requesting for the updating of the Passwords and same time fraud transactions are made from that information.
It is clear that it the banks responsibility to safeguard money. In case any fraud transactions are happened, then it is the responsibility of the bank and should investigate the transactions with time frame and if could not happened to find then has to pay from the concerned bank.
