The Government must allow every individual to register a nominee on his personal motor vehicles. This will save the avoidable procedure of his/her Legal Heirs, after his/her death, from going to Court for obtaining Probate. It will smoothen out the unnecessary hassles and spare valuable time and energy of Courts and Judges.
