Justice to a Daughter...

This is regarding Nirbhaya Jyoti who was brutally raped and attempted to murder on fatefull night of 16th Dec 2012. Main accuse of this hineous crime, a Juvenile at that time, after 3 years of his crime is about to set free.

Government has totally gone wrong in releasing the most bruatal & insensitive criminal who according to medical reports seriously injured her abdomen, intestines and genitals during the assault, and doctors said that the damage indicated that a blunt object (suspected to be the rusted L-shaped iron rod) had been used for brual penetration.

This is rarest & unthinkable crime, indicating the mentality of criminal. Releasing such a criminal will only indicate the impotency of the government. This is system failure which will result in in-justice to the deceased & her family.

I am father of 8 years old daugher & simply disapprove this move.

Request everybody to sign this petition to ask for "Adult Crime-Adult Punishment". This us Jyoti's right.
