Justice For BMRCL Employees

Respected Shree Prime Minister Narendra Modi

I was harrased, mentally tortured, abused & slapped with MEMOs, Notices, INCREMENT HOLD etc for just Questioning the Management's Wrong doings . my fault was I raised my voice.

I work in BMRCL since its inception. including me now total 1200 regular employees are working. we are working day night , in shifts , it is like we are on duty 24/7. Now our metro is Second largest network in india after delhi with 42km stretch. Now we are going to open Second phase 72km line in coming days. & our metro rail is making profit as well. around 7-8 crore every month . though We have been disrepected , abused and harrased by management .

8 years are of service , though our

salary is not revised(3rd PRC )
No night shift allowance
No perks
No TA
No canteen
No safety
No Promotion

we are given only basic, DA & HRA.

but in same organization a PROJECT WING is getting all types allowances as I listed above. Why this difference & partiality among us ? Why this Unequality in pay ? In addition to this, central govt accepted 7th pay scale , our state govt accepted 6th pay scale, All electricity corporations revised pay scales, Delhi metro rail also revised pay scale, & rest other metros also revised 3rd prc like lucknow , kerala etc. What crime we did sir for Isolating us from basic facilities that is given to all but not us. after all what is our fault ? BMRCL is not recognizing our union as well. We kindly Requesting you to interfere in this Issue & Help us to get our dues. We need justice & Safety at work environment.
