Job Fraud in ludhiana

Leader Techno ,an organisation run by person called Raj in haibowal, ludhiana.He gives job to engineering students in the company which dont exist anywhere and for that he takes 7000-8000 rs in advance.After that he abuses student and warns them not to contact him .He is running this racket for past 2 years in which he has not placed even a single student but looted many students.He never refunds their money fully.
No police man takes any action against him so please join hands and support my complaint so that all the students come to know about him and get saved.
