Dear sir,

I am a regular travelar of local western railways, from virar to churchgate - But whenever I want to take firstclass pass from nallasopra, all second call crowd start screaming like any thing, because there is only one line for second class pass holder and fist class pass holders ( They scream like "first class ka pass leta hai ton kya railways karida hai kya, baap ka maal samaste hai, hum yeha pe 1hours se khade hai, a aagaye aage janekeliye) like that like that, it is always problem for first class holders, main thing is, who is issuing pass, he don't say any thing he is or she is taking maaza, and your railway police are also taking second class people side. - sir this is reduculous - because paying 4 time extra money from our pocket, and listen to this people's odd comments. - do some thing for to solve this problem. - you know very well that in first class also we are not geeting any seat to sit, even paying 4 time extra money. - but why should we every month listen to people's odd comments.

sir, please do something for this problem.

Second thing is, there is no ladies tc in virar train, i know that, they can not enter crouded trains, but even in empty train also they do not enter. please send some ladies tc to virar train from borivali to virar side - since 18 years i am traveling in first class, in this year my pass was checked by your ladies tc in 20 to 25 times, that is also in flatform, not in train compartment. - what is this, all second class people are travelling in first class, if we say any thing to them, they say "tumara baap ka hai kya, hum tc aayeton dekhlenge" this asnwer we get from this people.

take some action on nallasopara railways police as well as your ticket issuer/s

and please mention in a BLOCK LETTERS that there is now line for first class holders - because in nallasopra there is now board.
