She came across a guy who wanted to marry her but before he could compel her and think further she told all about her daughter and past. A woman who is widow or divorced if her past had been sorrowful so, past turns into dead history isn’t it? who wants to memorize the difficult times but this guy accepted her the way she was then the guy familiarize her to his parents the entire family made her believe and recognized her as daughter-in-law and the guy familiarized her as his other half and the daughter as his own but as the entire family was making some or the other excuses this relation stretched till 3years and later on entire family removed the mask from there faces, which took her breath away and turned a women and her daughter life to a disaster entire family was with her just for there own desires after taking good advantage financially, physically emotionally they felt ashamed to recognize her. The grounds they gave was that she never told about her daughter. She got the case registered for false promises of marriage with the evidence now to prove the guy is innocent why past history has to get revelled which has nothing to do in the rape case and moreover he wasn’t present by that time in her life in those years, so why not only those years counts when he was with her, he has to prove he raped her or not isn’t it? everyone has a past who doesn’t make mistake and it isn’t that big crime then a rape, so why victim is treated as accused now appearing to the Delhi high court but if someone using offensive language, attacks on her dignity and insulting the mother for her seven year back for one error in the courtyard before public and her own daughter who is mature enough. The crime is made by guy who made her suffer for 3years and mislead her for marriage. She gets the case registered so that he is punished but why is she still suffering the impact of this is destroying her daughter future aswel as well as hers. Doesn’t she have a right to remarry? Or any guy can come misuse her and when it comes to marriage he feels embarrassed and instead of feeling guilty and responsible for damaged her 3years, shameless people are using foul language and insulting her in public. Or her just one small error from her past will be picked up every time. If yes then who will accept her and her daughter? OR
