Stop Buying flats from builders / Developers if they are charging you full rate for terrace and for parking under the name of infrastructure cost. Spread this update to all over Pune and Mumbai and government of Maharashtra. Government of Maharashtra must take action on such builders who are charging full rates and cheating people as well as laws.
