Colour Blindness, a career spoiler

There are about 8 percent of INDIAN MALES who are suffering from color blindness. Of these most of the people don't know that they are actually suffering from it until they are about to take up their career. In most of the industries and government companies this colour blindness is a rejection criteria. So, I kindly request every school and college to go for this colour blindness test before taking students so that the students will not face any problem in their future. I also request the courts and government to provide justice for the people who are actually losing their career just because of color blindness and ask government to take care about this issue in future
