Beware of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation

On 30 Oct 2010 I caught delhi metro from green park to dwarka court with friend and specially mentioned the destination station dwarka court at a ticket counter no-3 his operator no 70307. The metro staff at counter ask me for Rs 56/- for two person. I gave 100Rs and they returned 44rupees.

When I reached in Dwarka court Metro Station and cross the metro picket door we have insert the coupon in picket door but no response and picket door not except our token. I ask to metro staff my coupon not working in metro picket. They collect our both coupon and check the same. After the checking of such token he told your destination station is dwarka only and you have cross two station , you will paid penality for two stations Rs 2/- and 50rs for penality.
I told we have already told to green park metro counter we want to go dwarka court and they give us. I reply this is not our part, but the neglect my request and told me clearly you have to pay fifty rupees penalty otherwise you can’t go outside. I again request dear sir this is not from our part they again refuse our request. I told him I want to meet senior person of dwarka metro station.
I saw, they dialing the phone and talk with concern person after some time they told me please with talk our senior officer I have pick the telephone and talking with concern officer. I said who are you and what is your designation. She replied my self kavita pradhan as a Metro Station Incharge of dwarka sector-10.I have again defined my history from green park to dwarka sector 10 . She told I understand your problem but you have to pay penalty of fifty rupees because our functioning totally computerized so we can’t help you. I again told why I have to paid penalty that not my part. But she ignores my all request and argument. Finally I have decided to paid penalty because I have already lost one hour. So I agreed for penalty, and also told him madam this is very bad attitude of metro administration . I can’t forget and I cant imagine that a largest company staff helpless for fifty rupees only.Now I need justice and want to know why should I bear due to other mistake.this hurt my self repect and treated as criminal.I cant silent with misconduct assault and extortion bid by the metro attendent.
