Wrong Behaviour of headmaster with girls

Headmaster in a school in pulivendula , kadapa(dist) is behaving in bad manner and often beating them if they resist and even balckmail them if tell to any one about him , will not allow for exams and won't sign for scholarship. If any one resists still more he talkes with them before all students in ugly manner and in diacriminatory way. Even though cases filed by some parents three or four times no action taken on him and he is doing in the same manner. With in a span of two months after he assumes that post by transfer 80 students dropped from the school abruptly , as a citizen willing to do some work on this issue I require signs and the concerned matter needs to be taken to higher officials in eduction department so as to ensure fair and just environment in the school for girls with out facing any problems like this and not subject to discrimination. If this type of activities occurred at basic level it may lead to a severe blow to the students future
