I, Dilip Shah, senior citizen with age of 70 years, staying at Andheri (West), Mumbai, had post an on-line complaint on Internet through several social networking forums in early period of year 2010 to express my grievance against a Mumbai based Construction Company named M/s DEV LAND AND HOUSING LTD (DLH), an ISO 9001-2000 awarded, having its Registered Office at 10th Floor, Dev Plaza, Opp. Andheri Fire Brigade, S. V. Road, Andheri (W), Mumbai.

The said complaint was related to a non-issuance of Letter of Allotment and non-execution of Sale Agreement of a Flat booked by me in the month of June, 2009 against full payment of the flat cost in one of their proposed residential projects under redevelopment at Veera Desai Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai 400 058.

After prolonged persuasion, the said company issued a Letter of Allotment dated July 7, 2010 allotting to me an alternate Flat in one of their another redevelopment projects which was in its early stage of construction at Veera Desai Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai 400 058.

In pursuance to the said Letter of allotment dated July 7, 2010, the said company has now issued me a Letter of Possession dated 2nd May, 2015 handing over the quite, vacant and peaceful physical possession of the said alternate Flat allotted but with a condition that within 7 (seven) days from the date of the said Letter of Possession, I should unconditionally remove and withdraw all such complaints/grievances/posts from various Internet sites and provide documentary evidence and confirmation thereto, the said company in due course, shall have executed the requisite Agreement for Sale with me in respect of the said Flat/Premises.

Since the issue of non-allotment of Flat to me is now resolved by the said company by issuance of the said Letter of Possession as also upon withdrawal of my said complaints, an assurance as contained in the said Letter of Possession given by the said company that they would execute requisite Agreement for Sale with me in respect of the said Flat/Premises, I, without any force, pressure, duress or coercion from the said company or any person/s known or associated to the said company or me, pronounce that I have no claims, demand, objections, requisitions or grievances against the said company in respect of the said issue of non-allotment of Flat and all the said complaints forthwith stand fully withdrawn and render null and void.
