To Change the Examination System Of Bhim Rao Ambedkar Bihar University

Because due to late announcement of Graduation final year result by University, those student who have taken admission for higher studies(MBA,MCOM etc) from other state or University have failed to submit their Final year result, that other university cancel your admission. Now you lost money as well as time. I am victim of this system. I belong to average middle class family my father had arranged loan for my higher studies(MBA) but my admission in MBA has cancelled by University because B.R.A. Bihar University has announced third year result after 8 months from exam. I have written letter and even filed RTI to University & Bihar Govt(Education Deptt),Prime minister of India,Chief minister of Bihar but no one help me.I am girl from a small town of Bihar who against the will of their family taken decision for higher studies but due to mismanagement in B.R.A. Bihar university my life,my career spoiled.My relative are teasing me"Badi Chali thi Padhne" like that. I am in a great depression. No one will help me. I dont know what i do ?
Please help me.
