RMSA Project - Consolidated pay not yet incresed - past 5 years

We are working in the scheme of the “Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA)” which comes under the control of Human Resource Ministry of the Central Government. The scheme is functioning in Tamil Nadu under School Educational Department.

We are appointed as consolidated pay staff. There are three categories of employees in the scheme and we are getting consolidate pay as below:

1. Civil Consultant - Rs.12,000/- per month
2. Assistant cum Tally Manager - Rs. 7,500/- per month
3. Data Entry Operator - Rs. 6,000/- per month


We are getting the above pay for the past five years without any increase of annual increment etc. The price of essential commodities are highly increased during past five years, whereas we are getting the least salary. We are suffering a lot and not able to meet out the daily expenses.

We have already submitted several representations to the State Project Directorate, requesting them to raise the consolidated pay. But there is no consideration till date.

Further, we have to state that the consolidated pay staff of the “Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA)” are getting their increase of pay annually by raising the salary upto 15% of pay per year.

Hence we submit this representation to increase our pay as per the SSA staff norms.

We beg His Excellency Governor of Tamil Nadu, who is representative of the Central Government to consider our representation and do the need full to us.

We once again pray His Excellency Governor of Tamil Nadu to convey our demands to the Ministry of Human Resource to consider our requests, so as to enable us to improve the scheme and to work hard.
