REQUEST FOR GRANTING GRACE MARKS

THIS IS TO INFORM TO ALL THE BORAD OFFICIALS of JKBOSE that the CHEMISTRY PAPER of class 12 that was conducted on 09-03-2018 was not expected at all. This paper was not following the marks distribution as per the syllabus issued by JKBOSE. There is one chapter in our syllabus (P-BLOCK ELEMENTS) that constitutes 8 marks to the total but the questions asked from this chapter were only of 3-4 marks in all the three sets and the questions from the chapters having less weightage were asked several times in the paper. The whole pattern of this paper was changed. "All the students prepare for their exams as per the syllabus but if the paper is not being set according to our syllabus then what is the fun of studying."
We thereby request all the OFFICIALS of JKBOSE to kindly consider this matter as many students are effected by this. Many students don't appear in entrance examinations and are alloted colleges based on their academic percentage. So WE urge the BOARD OFGICIALS to think about the future of the students as almost all the students have not done well due to the above mentioned reasons. WE URGE THE BOARD OFCIALS TO GRANT *GRACE MARKS* TO ALL THE STUDENTS OF CLASS 12 .We also request that the remaining THREE PAPERS should be set ACCORDING TO THE SYLLABUS ISSUED BY JKBOSE .
