Refund of Money

They have a phone call to me and asked me you have win contest and send the product after 4-5 days but the product was not useful for me i.e. wrist watch for Rs. 949/- (Gen's watch) never I have not placed order . So I am returning the same to the party by June,13. I have written so many letters & various phone calls to them, they have asked to purchase some other products on line and the amount is lying in credit point then I have placed an order but the payment option is "PAY NOW" then I have contacted they asked 4-5 times you purchased the items & deducted some amount and balance to pay on line. They have not agreed to adjust the amount to purchase one item. Now I want to refund the amount and various phone call charges.

So pls. help me.
