Indian Education system How wasting the human resourse?

Now the PSU(Public Sector UNION) Sector does not giving chance to write for MCA&MSC Computers candidate. They studied More than a btech student but they are not giving chance for MCA & MSC computers even though they qualified GATE.Why are you making such type of disgussing courses. If you made such type courses why dont you update as per industry requirement. Now the MCA+MTech guys not eligible to teaching in Btech college.
If govt given chance to them they can prove their talent. But government not giving chance to MCA or Msc(computers) guys. Making them idiots. making human resource waste.
They want bright and skilled human resource but they are making such type of course through on the public, making them as idiots.
They are not giving importance for MCA/Msc+Mtech pupils but they allow doing Mtech for MCA people.

The MHRD minister of human resource development doing the destroying the human resource .Even though Software companies hiring BSC Computer guys utilized them well .But the government doesnot giving chance to MCA/MSC people to write the PSU exams through GATE as equalent to Btech .
There are so many courses in india. for example Msc electronic guys studied entire btech syllabi but they dont have value.In PGDBM course they studied complete MBA syllabus but they don't have value.
Please change the education system for courses .The education courses must full fill the industry and society needs.and the pupils must get the employment.


For Example :This is real incident happen in college2010.one person having qualification Mca/Msc+Mtech+phd and he is teaching in Btech college .As per AICTE rules 2010 onwards Eligibility in btech college teaching is Btech+Mtech. suddenly the college remove lecturer. He has around 12 years experience.But college hire his Mtech student for 30000rs/month.lecturer did not get job in india and went to foreign and he got job in foreign. Indian education system is like this. A 12 years professor/lecturer unable to get job in india but his Mtech student got job in India.This is our Education system.
Every politician talking about stopping brain drain .but they don't change the system.
First the education system changes then everything will be slowly changed
