Petitioning: Need to block three N73 handsets where they robbed from me

I have lost three Nokia N73 sets, it is about 45,000 rs and tried blocking the set but i was not able to do that. Just want to teach a lesson to those who buy things at a less that was robbed from others.

If any body can help me out in this procedure i can provide the IMEI numbers and the bill.
