FRAUD MATTER IN JOB

Hello Sir,
I am Rahul Kumar.I am student of B.tech Mechanical engg.A person whose name is Suraj kapoor and his friend Vishal(Honda cars india ltd,Executive HR) has looted me or cheat me for job and took money for job but not provide job.VIshal is using compnay original mail carrer@honda2wheelersindia.com.he sended me interview call,appointment letter,joining letter and Gate pass using this email.when i went the company,they said fraud matter.Visahl contact number is 9540572326.when i wanted to contact mr Vishal,his number is switched off.
My problem is that i have sended many time mail to this after this mail,no one gave response.i have many proof and witness related with it.He will also try to cheat other using company mail id. Any person of this company is involve in it.I am attaching proof in this complain.
