Fraud by N A Construction sabarmati Ahmedabad builder

I booked a flat in NA construction, Sabarmati slam area development scheme NIVAS -1 in 2012(Ahmedabad Gujarat).I paid 261000/-(11000 in cash and 250000by cheque) for this .They promise to give possession till 2014. Gujarat govt. signed a MoU with NA construction slam area development scheme.
At present Sabarmati site there is no office staff from NA construction and there is a notice from Rawari side that they are owner of land.
NA construction has shifted their office and they not informed us. When I reach their new office address at Gurukul Ahmedabad and asked to meet Nilesh shah(CONTACT NO.9016581577) owner of NA construction to take money back ,office staff said It is not possible ,even they deny to provide mobile number. Today is 26 april 2015, NA construction office is locked and all staff including Nilesh shah has switched off their mobile phone.
I am not only a victim ,there are approx 3000 member which are facing same problem. It is very possible that they can abscond without giving money. Anandiben Patel and Minister Saurabh Patel had attended a ground breaking function of NA Construction This encourages us to book flat in NA construction.
On 20 April 2015 FIR has been lodged against NA CONSTRUCTION owner Nilesh Shah,in Chandkheda police station,Ahmedabad but no action has been taken yet against NILESH SHAH.
