Elimination of "SAHAYAK" policy from education jobs in Gujarat Government

The government of Gujarat is befooling and robing its teachers in the name of "SAHAYAKS". For first 5 years, they are on not regarded as permanent teachers and given meagre salary which is also a question for survival. For Primary teachers, it is 4500 rupees per month, for secondary teachers and higher secondary teachers it is, 5000 and 6000 respectively. This is a sheer injustice which needs urgent address form all the corners of society as education is directly or indirectly attached to it and teacher as a torch-bearer is feeling helpless and hopeless in this era of dearness. Please hear it and have empathy if you care for education and educators.
