Checking of exam paper and reassement properly

Respected Sir/Madam,
This petition is written on behalf of those many students studying in the varsity who are frustrated by the mayhem of faulty checking of photocopies claimed by university students. This petition is against it and I, on the behalf of many students request you to keep eye on & make strict orders to examiners who are spoiling the future of thousands of students ,by irresponsible checking of photocopies.
I for one would like to mention an intuitive fact that as a student they pay almost Rs.1000 for each subject to be revalued,but what comes to them is only "NO CHANGE" even if he/she were checked photocopy at his/her institute & marks are increasing almost 10-20 of each student who is either regular or back-logger.
Why we students pay for mistakes of lazy examiners spoiling future of us & making image of university & themselves down?
Is it justice happening to us?
It is my humble request to you on behalf of thousands of other university STUDENTS to take strict action against those examiners who are not aware of their duties & do the reassessment properly.
If variation occurs ,the money spent by student should be returned back.
We agree that their is some expenditure on reassessment procedure, but this money should be taken from examiner.
This procedure should be done on fast track because students almost pay 1000 for reassessment and also pay upto 1000 for exam fee for same.
And one most important thing,their should be One Strict ACT against the internal or external examiners who fill wrong marks or give wrong result at any way.
