Change Reservation Priviledges

Giving financial support to the less fortunate ones, instead of spoon feeding them jobs, seats in colleges, will help them acquire real skills and separate chaff from the real seeds. Also giving them seats in technical institutes and jobs need not be the only priviledges. Please support me in requesting the government to look for more avenues to genuinely help the economically and/or socially downtrodden people. There are many more unexplored measures, which can provide better relief, like vocational training, free schooling, merit cum means scholarships, incentives to send their children to schools, free coaching to compete in exams, more accessible tutoring for school/college courses they want to pursue, etc.
