Manipal is behaving like a mafia, it tied up with several financial organisations in the name of providing Post-Graduate fake degrees. It is not even providing receipts for the tution fees. I don't know what exactly UGC is doing in this regard....? Even RBI is not interfering in this Regard. It is clear cut violation of terms in the name of certification. It's a kind of blackmail.
