BAD CO-ORDINATION BETWEEN THE AGENTS RESULTING INTO LOSS OF CUTOMER

On 26th-March 2011, morning around 8:00 am i had booked air tickets through Yatra.com's agent Rahul Kumar.
I ordered for 5 tickets from Nasik to New delhi.
I had with me 8 air-ticket vouchers under your 'Discover the World offer' which i had purchased in december 2010.
i told your agent Rahul Kumar about the vouchers, each of the voucher was worth Rs.500, ie. it would have got me a discount of Rs.500 on every ticket.
your agent was unable to find out the validity of the vouchers as a result he told me that the vouchers are 'invalid'.
Further he told me that such kind of offer has been "closed".
since he represented Yatra.com i believed in what he said.
i requested him to find out a way of utilizing my vouchers which resulted in a failure, and he was not able to get me the discount which i deserved.
then i asked him to that i can call the people from whom i have purchased the vouchers their number is 18001027010.
i called this number four times and they did not answer. they called me around 10:00 am, but i had already booked my tickets.
finally i agreed in purchasing the ticket with its full fare without discount.
around 10:00 am i get a call from 011 3071 7300 saying she is meghna and tells me that my vouchers are very "valid".
such kind of bad co-ordination between the customer care representatives resulted a loss of Rs.2500 to me.
now they are saying there is no way is possible to get refund.
i request you to please look into my complain.
and get me a refund of the money which i lost due to your company's negligence towards a customer.
