Trees are getting cut at Mohali from Phase 1, please intervene on immediately
Petitioning: Trees of more than 20 years old are being cut by the M.C/GAMADA MOHALI
Petitioner: MANISH BHATNAGAR started on February 6, 2011
This petition is against the work order passed by the municipal comittee / Gamada of Mohali for cutting the 20-25 years old trees in a lane and in number of thousands.
The same thing was happened 3-4 years ago also to widen one road connecting to Chandigarh, at that time also one petition was filed by local advocates and environment freindly people in the high court but no action was taken to stop the same.
Now I being a citizen of India would not let them to do once again.
Please do something to stop them or guide me what can be done.
