Short supply of gas (Gas ki chori)

Our recently elected govt has taken very good step by providing subsidy of cylinder in bank account, but they never thought that customers should get for what he is paying. In last three years i have never received full weight cylinder from my gas dealer. Every time there is 4-5 kg of less supply in cylinder. No of times complained to area manager of indian oil Mr.Abhishek aggarwal but all in vain.
Apna dhan pao JAN dhan bachoo seems to be fraud........... how our money can be saved when we are getting less weight cylinder and no one is listing to us, distributor openly says "JAHA BHI COMPLAINT KAROO KUCH NAHI HOGA"
