There are many online sales companies in India. Many do not take back the goods sold by them if it is defective or the consumer may not like it. Clothes and Shoes many times do not look like the website photo. Mobiles and white goods are defective. In such case the online companies do take them back. In USA all the online companies like Amazon take back without asking ant reason.
In India we need a law making it obligatery on the part of online companies to back goods that are returned by the buyers. Lot of people in India has last money as they are unable to return the goods which are defective or unsuitable.
We hereby request the Government of India to pass a law making it obligatery on the part of online sales companies to take back the goods sold by them without any conditions.
