Real Estate regulatory authority

Real Estate industry has boomed in the past few years and has grown unbound. Some crooks have got their hands dirty in the process, by exploiting hard earned cash of innocent people and duped them of their lifelong savings.

Besides cheating other rowdiness of builders and developers continue unabated and people has no one-point contact for redressal of their woes. Just like TRAI and other regulatory authorities have come up big time to help out common man against big corporations, government should plan a regulatory body for the real estate sector on similar lines.

Whoever supports the idea should please sign the petition, asking government to take concrete result-orientated measures instead of populistic measures, based on vote-bank politics.
