and financial products. a layman is unaware of the fly by night promoters who

vanish in to thin air to unknown locations and destinations.

even popular corporates frequently change their registered addresses and customer

care agencies leaving the public to grope in darkness especially mobile /transferable
individuals who do not get their intimations in time .

to avert such eventualities sebi/co regulatory bodies should insist the cos to have a

mandatory post box addresses c/o the regulatory bodies to enable the public to contact

or access the cos or in the absence of such cos continuing to exist to inform the

regulatory bodies to know the cos whereabouts. this will be a sterner monitoring system

created in interest of the investing public. the co/ governing bodies cannot go scot
