i been cheated by global visa company

i am singh and i contact global visa for partnership visa.they tell me fee and charges and then i pay online and some money i put driect in acount.they give me client id 2706927.after i pay money they stop contact me.i was realy upset from their service.then i contact them and ask.they say send papers we will start your case and then i send my papers to them.i tell them abour their serivice 3d grade.after i try to contact them but acnt contact them.their phone numbers everything close.then after about 3 months i make complaint online.then one of them contact me from this number +442070917600 on 22 oct.he tell me sorry for delay and they want to do my case.i say them thts nt possible now.pay my money back and send my visa documents.he say he let me know via email.then one email come from client-ixpglobal.group.visa.com. their manager rahim email me.they contact me same id 2706927 from ics global visa give me.but this company name was ixp global visa.ics global visa contact number 01146525555.i want very strict action against then beacuse in my email they massge me tht they cant refund my money back.i want to know why didnt inform me before close company and change it.3 months near i was finding them.they make me loss,waste time and waste my money. yesterday they close my id 2706927.i want to take leagal action them....
