i am totally not satisfied with Spice M6060 model and service

Dear Sir,

Sub:- Complaint regarding Spice Mobile cell phone handset and about worst service approach of authorized service center Srinivas electronics Gulbarga Karnataka –India. ( Tel. No. 08472-255342)

I purchased the Spice Mobile handset bearing model no. M-6060. (Master-IME no.910002270085611 Slave IME No. 910002270115616) from M/S Intel Mobiles sales centre Jawali Complex Super Market Gulbarga-1 Karnataka–India (08472-656535) for Rs 4300/- (invoice. no. 12258/dated 7/11/2009) TIN No.29860037660. After using for some time, (within warranty period) the charging point is not working. I complained the same-thing to the authorized service center Srinivas electronics Gulbarga and deposited my handset on dated 07-08-2010.They checked my handset and told me that some problem within the charging point and repair charge will be Rs 500/-. I noticed to the service centre that my cell is within the warranty period, so please better to replace it instead of repair. Repair may not be correct solution. They told me that neither I will repair nor replace on free of cost though it may be in warranty period. It is left you. I could understand from their body language that he would like to exploit the situation as mobile is needy item. Being an employee of Alstom projects India Ltd and President INTUC Gulbarga, always I will be busy with my work and social activities, and communication media is most essential for me. Therefore, instead of going for argument with service centre I agreed to pay charges with the intension of seeking corporate intervention later on for any solution. And I paid Rs 513 and get it repaired from the service centre. Now it is up to the Spice Company to find-out the solution whether to replace it with new product by withdrawing the fault handset, such decision may helps the organization to maintain the good reputation in market for better quality and service. Waiting for your response with some solution.
