I had taken home loan from ICICi bank in dec-11. For first two year they charge fixed interest 9.5% & after that 11.5%. When I asked them for high interest, they are ready for reduce up to 10.64%. As on today I was paid approximate 14 lac amount to ICIC bank. In this amount they are recovered 12 lac against interest & 2 lac in principal amount.
I have objection for recovering total interest amount in EMI first. They should Charge & cut interest & principal amount on monthly basis. Banks are cheating with customer.
Language in loan agreement should be easy for understand. If possible it should be in local language.
