I had been sent a courier C06709347 through First Flight on 12th Aug 2010(confirmed the date based on the SMS alert received from BANK & the track details in First flight website). Surprisingly the track also said it had been delivered to “RAMASWMY†on 13th Aug 2010.
On this I called up the Chennai customer care and intimated the consignment hasn’t received my hand till 16th Aug 2010. Executive over the call gave me the telephone numbers(04432010612 & 9381825261) of Ambattur OT division who has carried out the delivery process of my consignment. I tried calling the Land number - it said SWITCHED OFF. Then call the Mobile number – none answered, on this I kept a SMS, Soon after this the Mobile Number too said SWITCHED OFF.
Once again I called up the customer care, Executive gave me Few numbers and asked me to call and report the complaint (044 30241017, 18, 19). I did the same. Today 17th Aug 2010, my Consignment was delivered to my address correctly. I request you to Investigate on the previous Wrong updation in the track details. Where was my Consignment from 13th Aug 2010 to 17th Aug 2010.
Does it becomes the responsibility of each and every customer to run behind the customer care to get their Consignment delivered safely when the address is CLEAR. If there is any confusion in the address mention isn’t the courier go back to the sender?
I kept Calling, Mailing. NONE from their support Team answered to my queries. Morevover giving BLIND reply once in a while.
