Employee Provident Fund My Money is pending for cradit

I was close my pf account before 4 year my pf account number is : MH/44796/535. I request for the withdrawal the money for the same and after 2 month i get the letter from PF THANE Account office that we not able to credit your money into the account because your bank details are incorrect. So i again send the letter to PF THANE OFFICE MUMBAI with bank details but i did not getting the answer till 4 years!!! Before month i send the letter to ALL PF commissioner email with problem but i did not get the answer. THOSE EMAILS AND NAMES ARE : MUMBAI-II (THANE) Vardan Commercial Complex, 6th Floor, M.I.D.C. I also mention the cheque number which i am not received are : 633569 & 95654 and amount is Rs.15210 & Rs.6099 So i fill up ASR form and send by Email and Mail to PF THANE OFFICE address. BUT NO ANSWER i think they just want their salary because their job is secure they dont care about employee even manmohan singh is not able to do anything if they want to work from government employee.
