Dissolve TamilNadu Legislative Assembly and call for fresh elections

Dear Mr.President of India,

This petition is with respect to the recent state of Tamil Nadu assembly and its leaders.

As you know with the demise of Dr.J.Jayalalitha, VK Sasikala has taken over the reigns of the Tamil Nadu assembly. She has been made General Secratary of AIADMK party and now will soon become the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.

As you know Mrs.Sasikala is currently facing charges of corruption. There has also been reports of Dr.Jayalalitha removing Sasikala out of her inner circle due to the corruption and power grabbing by Mrs.Sasikala and her relative.

You must be aware of the secrecy that still shrouds the death of Dr Jayalalitha, where the entire show was run by Mrs. Sasikala and her relatives with contradicting news of Dr Jayalalitha's health fed to the public every now and then.

Immediately after the death of Dr.Jayalalitha, Sasikala and her relatives came back to Poes Garden residence and took over the power of AIADMK and there by the power to rule the state.

It is to be noted that neither Mrs.Sasikala nor her relatives were elected by the people of TamilNadu. It is also to be noted that only Dr.Jayalalitha was the projected Chief Minister Candidate and people of TamilNadu voted for her.

Under this circumstances, making Mrs.Sasikala the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu is against the will of the people.

Based on this kindly request you to dissolve the Tamil Nadu assembly and please call for new elections.

Not doing so would be equivalent to disfranchisement.

Kindly request you to act and save democracy in Tamil Nadu.
