Cheating

I have purchased a bike ( Platina 125CC) on14/09/10 from Suman Autos, Greater Noida, U.P. I paid a down payment of Rs.18,815 and rest was finance (Approx EMI -1580/ month for 18 months). Now issue is that they have taken all my documents 4 days back i.e on 10/09/10 for approval and all and then they called me on 14th September 10 and told me that my case have been approved and i can come & collect the bike by making down payment. Then they told me that all my documents are correct & nothing more required. Now they are are calling me everyday and telling me that we need this and that and you have to pay penalty. As i am a working professional its very impossible for me to visit everyday showroom its simply as if they are trying to cheat.
