We no longer live in an era where four wheeler are used to just roam in and around the city.
We frequently move to cities across states and sometimes for a long period of time (6 months to 1 year) - it is very inconvenient to go through all the registration process and paying road tax (which is a big amount) for a common man with average income.
Why not have vehicles with centralized registrations and common road tax across the nation?
