BANKER'S WORKING ATMOSPHERE AND WORKING CONDITIONS NEEDS CHANGE
Petitioning: Bank's and human rights of banker's.
Petitioner: Behalf of all banker started on September 22, 2017
I am a banker.years back bank was a prestigious institution to work,but now it's hell.there are only complaint and complaint against staff,why because staff was unable to do customer work because of their rule, regulations & acts.but our great customers take it personally Kahi customer kisi BRANCH MANAGER ki pitai kar deta hai ya kahin kisi Ko Goli mar di jati hai aur bhai ladies staff usko to maa bahen ki galiyan aur ek customer kisi ladies banker ke sir k Baal noche jate hai usko thappad marta hai customer aur Jane kya kya hota hai.aur hmari banks authority kya krti hai ki yar sorry letter likh kar de do customer ko kyu ki customer ne tumare Baal noche hai ya tum Ko Peeta hai.baki Raha kaam to complaint Karo na ombudsman department me. Ab hamara bank ka top management ke kaam dekho they used to settle the matter by saying this customer is king. Okk. Customer is king then atleast bank employee Ko apna bachha/ family to samjho.
