Sub : How Narender Modi BJP ,Ajit Doval NSA & Rajnath Singh Home Minister have bribed the local police in tamilnadu to get false cases registered against me and take me into custody illegally, with the help of local Christian leaders .

Respected Sir,
The abbreviation DGP should stand for Director General of Police, as people in India would know. However I beg to differ, after staying in Chennai for the last five years and being repeatedly harassed by the police under TN Police DGP K Ramanujam , whose frustrations , at not being able to get me arrested on false charges has made him dwell into his perverted mind and find new perverted ways to trap me ,So it would not be wrong to suggest that DGP should now stand for “Director General of Perversion” I have listed these methods being used by the Police to place me under arrest under a false case , for the benefit of the commission .

1) After failing to arrest me on false charges these past few years , when I have been residing in Chennai , The senior Officials of Chennai Police under the Able leadership of DGP K Ramanujam , Mr Nallasivam Addl CP Crime & Mr Asoke Patnaik IPS ( Son-in-law of PM Manmohan Singh ) , have now shown their true colors , that they are nothing but cheap perverts , whose mindset shows in their recent methods they have used to trap me into false cases .
Of late the Chennai Police crime branch officials have sent teams of Criminals & Antisocial dressed along with a few ladies& young Girls who follow me around town and even in Madras Central Railway Station & the Koyamveedu Main Bus terminus .Also in trains and buses I travel in city and intercity. These groups of Criminals will then lodge a false complaint that I have sexually harassed their “Wife” or Daughter giving my description which was earlier given to them by the Police. Some Local Police Officials will be hand in Glove with this Group. So when I travel to these Koyamveedu Bus Stand or the railway Station or travel by train, this same group will follow me, suddenly they will raise a cry and start to beat me mercilessly followed by other criminals, When a crowd gathers they will say I touched their “Wife “or “Daughter” and hence they were beating me, They will then hand me over to the police who will arrest me, that’s if I am still alive. Many police officers don’t know that this is a false case being made out. Please note the following important points.
a) These woman & Girls who were used as moles by the Police were actually “prostitutes” known to the local Police & DGP K Ramanujam ,I have complained of this to the United Nations , NHRC & the Madras High Court .
b) When the local Police found out that I had come to know their dirty tricks and had exposed there plans to use “Prostitutes “to trap me they changed their strategy, they started using decent Moles, such as Wife’s & Daughters or even relatives of Police Officers, Local Politicians or even Judges in order to trap me, once again these decent woman & girls would be bribed by the police in order to place me in a trap.The Police felt that these decent Woman & Girls version would be acceptable in Court .
c) M any journalists from various Media houses like TV channels & Newspapers will immediately come to the court if I am arrested and cover this event in court live by Video in order to bring disrepute to me and my work
The Commission must note that these Women being sent by the Local Police to place me in a trap are so horrifying in their looks that only frustrated, desperate perverts like Narender Modi, Manmohan Singh will engage them in their frustrations.
2) Of late the Chennai Police have been trying to lodge a false theft case against me, As I had earlier complained to the Madras High Court that the Police had indeed bribed my relatives and got hold of several items like SIM Cards, Vodaphone Mobile and Passport amongst other items and hence they decided to to save themselves to file a false theft case against me. This is how the Police were going to Cheat people to file false complaints against me


a) So wherever I travel to in Railway Stations , Koyamveedu Bus Terminus or while travelling in trains or any other place or even while I am in hospital , the Police will send criminals close to them to steal items like Mobile Phones , Laptops , Tablets, Cameras or even valuables Papers/Documents , from those who are travelling with me or at close to me at these places I travel to , naturally they persons whose items have been stolen will lodge complaints with the local police , who will not know that this is a dirty gameplan being played out by DGP K Ramanujam , Addl CP Nallasivam Chennai Police & Asoke Patnaik IPS ( Manmohan Singhs Son-in-law) .

b) Some of these persons will be moles of the police who would then describe me in detail to the police .These details will then by them passed on to the HQ . The Police will lodge several such complaints and the Police under guidance of Addl CP Nallasivam will try to guide these victims to me. The victims of these thefts will not know that they are being led into a trap set by the police. The Police will then try to arrest me. Once I am arrested and in Jail. The senior Police officials reporting to DGP K Ramanujam will inform him I am in Jail.

d) DGP K Ramanujam will then send robbers close to him, to my room in the Guest I stay in Leith Home and ask them to secretly place the stolen mobile Phone, laptop & Stolen documents inside my room as my room is open on the top and can be easily climbed into . Once these robbers have placed these stolen items inside my room , the DGP K Ramanujam would get a Court order to search my room , Once this order is got , Police officers from that Pol8ice Station will be directed by the Addl CP Mr Nallasivam to break open my room in the presence of witnesses and Journalists close to DGP K Ramanujam . The Police will rush to my residence and in the presence of Journalists & Church Leaders will break open my room and the stolen Mobile Phone or Laptop or Documents will then be openly revealed to all present
e) The Police Officers who break open my room will then take signed declaration from the Journalists and Pastors present that these stolen items were indeed recovered from my room. These items recovered from my room will then be presented before the court.
3) Once I am arrested in either of the above false cases, my own relatives and immediate family members will come to Court pay the bail Amount and get me bailed out. This is another neat trick being played out by the Police. This is because I exposed the fact that many of my relatives and immediate family members have received bribes from Manmohan Singh , after he and other Congress leaders knew I exposed the fact the Congress Leaders killed Mr Rajive Gandhi and not LTTE .To threaten me then the TN Police killed both my parents in the most cruel manner again helped by my relatives .
To prove me wrong to Journalists and to the Court and the people I write to , The Police are playing a drama to get the very same Relatives who accepted illegally money and other favors from Mr Manmohan Singh Fmr PM , and other senior Congress leaders Namely.

This is to prove me wrong and show that my relatives and immediate family members are very caring and helpful.Futhermore these case details would then be passed on to Smt Sonia Gandhi, Dr J Jayalalithaa , Shri L.K.Advani BJP and others to show me in poor light ).

4) Place I reside in “Leith Home” is under the control of Wesley Church Royapettah , Under the CSI Diosese .Unknown to me the Local Pastors Rev A Karunakaran and now Rev P Gnanadurai and other committee members started illegally meeting senior politicians from Congress & DMK and even Officials of the Police who “Bribed “them with money and Favors , I was repeatedly told not to write any more letters to NHRC, CBI or United Nations lest I be killed out of the Hostel were I reside , when I refused , the Local Christian leaders made several attempts to get me killed and show it as a suicide , I was threatened by other inmates including my brother who stays in the same Guest House as me . My Job was taken away from me and I was left without food or medicines for days .Mr room which is F5 Ist floor is open on the top and people can easily climb over and place stolen items, Articles linking me to Terror Activities etc or even remove items which was done before. I complained of this to Fmr CBI Director Mr Vineet gupta but he didn’t take action. Later I found he had been bribed by Manmohan Singh Fmr PM .Recently when I was admitted to CSI Kalyani Hospital for Treatment for Pain while passing Motion & Kidney Stones , the Director Dr J Jayaqnt and the others Doctors tried to force me to do a Biopsy and wrongly prove I had cancer then kill me , Once again the Pastors namely Rev PM Gnanadurai , A Deacon who stays in the hostel were hand in Glove with the Police and Management of the Hospital to kill me by wrongly treating me for Cancer .

Please note as I have alerted the NHRC of this before , If any attempt is made the local Police to arrest me on false charges , then the following persons should be held responsible and arrested for misusing their position and harassing people who expose Politicians & the Corrupt Police.

I request you to take up my case with the NHRC to immediately register a case and start investigations on the facts I have enclosed above and to ensure that I am not victimized by a very corrupted Police force & Intelligence Agencies IB&RAW .kindly send me the case details .Also please inform Shri L.K.Advani , Smt Sonia Gandhi of this , but don’t write to them as their staff (Mr, P .P, Madhavan Peon At 10 Janthpath & Mr Deepak Chopra Clerk for Advani Ji )has been bribed by Manmohan Singh & Narender Modi
