TCS is in excellent profits and have massive lakhs of Crores rupees reserves. Inspite of this management is laying its employess and want to hire junior low cost employees

Has CEO, CFO and HR head accepted responsibility of mismanagement of the plan and reduction in their own huge pay packets? TATA reputation is at stake and is Chairman lending a deaf ear???

Why layoffs if profits are being made?

Why layoffs if hiring is continued?

Why layoffs if Promotions and Salary hikes continued?


Why not salary cut options given to employees instead of lay offs?
