Stop child trafficking and begging racket - Bio metric scan at birth compulsory
Petitioning: Prime minister, Indian Government

Traffickers in India force 300,000 children to beg in streets.According to the Indian National Human Rights Commission, up to 40,000 children are abducted in India every year, of which at least 11,000 remain untraced.
Let us propose Government of India to pass the rule to do bio-metric scan of child at birth compulsory and link it with Aadhar, so that the child is traced to his parents. And all the child beggars on the streets are scanned on a routine basis. It will bring this trafficking and begging racket to an end.
