Shreyas Enterprises Virar Fraud Loan Agents

I have given money as processing fees to Shreyas Enterprise Shop No 3, Samrat Shopping Centre, Manvel Pada Road, Virar, Thane – 401303 Tel- 9321551509, 9322439802- To. Mrs. Deepali Panchal saying she will help us to sanction home loan through bank.
I had applied for loan through Internet. And she called us for the same in December 2009. She told us that they are loan agents and are dealing in Home loans with reputed banks. At that time she told that she is dealing with DHFL Bandra Branch and will proceed our documents there.
She assured us that she will help us in getting home loan from DHFL Bank. For that she told us to pay Rs- 15000/- as her charges. She took all our documents, DHFL cheque of Rs- 5515/- and told us to pay half of her processing fees. So we handed cheque of Rs- 8000/- as advance fees. After receiving 50% of amount (ie. 8000/-) she stopped responding us. She got her amount on 16/01/2010 and till today she has not done our work. Neither has she called us nor she responded to our call. She is just ignoring our calls. We are repeatedly calling her but she is not concern to talk to us. In between we also spoke to Rupesh (Pickup Boy) - 9324355424 and told her to tell Deepali to call us. But nothing happened. We also spoke to her husband Durgesh but was just waste. Once he spoke to us but after that he too didn’t attend our call.

Now its already 6 months passed After giving money Rs- 8000/- to Deepali Panchal & Durgesh Panchal. They are not botherd to give our money back. They are neither responding to our calls nor giving my money back. We are middle class people we can't afford losing this amount. Please help us to get our money back. We have her bounced cheque as proof which is attached below

Mr. Rakesh Patil mailed me that he is also cheated by them and he has given him Rs.15000/- which is not given back. Please support us and if any help you can give us please write us at tdarsh22@gmail.com
