It's been declared by the government of of India that it's is a illegal and punishable offence for the sales of tabocao product within the radius of 100 meters from the educational institution. But here in chandigarh , at PGI and university gate no 1 . Open sales of tobacco products can be seen and police or noone is there to filed a PIL condemning this kind of activities.
