My Name Ashok Dukhran Gupta I took bike loan of pulsar 200ns in 2013. My loan has been closed LAN NO. L2WTHN02709548 Registered mobile no.9764532594 my due amount was 12072 rupees. On 20th June 2017. I got a call from bajajauto collection department they told me about my due amount. And give me discount of 7572 rupees and told me to pay only 4500 rest will be waver as discount and my NOC will be automatically generated and in gift I will be getting bajajauto gold card in 8-10 days. As it is been 20 days I'm not geeting any response from collection department they have switched off there phone number after I made online payment of 4500 rupees Receipt no. 341077421. As I contact with bajaj customer care on 9225811110 they told me your due amount is still pending of 7575 rupees. Until you clear it your NOC cannot be generated.Kindly look in to the matter seriously and send the noc on immediate effect or i will file a case against your agent and who ever link into this issue.
