This Petition is against Reservation in India.Main points are listed below:-
1. It is increasing casteism and inequality in society.
2..Poverty doesn't depend on caste .
3.It prevents talented and highly educated individuals from getting government opportunities
.4..It is resistible in development of nation.
5.Everyone has a right to equality so it is against it.
6. Reservation is not helpful for improving conditions of those who are really backward because they don't have knowledge about it.
7. Education and medical are important sectors in which many unworthy are working and public is facing difficulties.
8. Those who are poor and belong to general category can't get admission in government colleges after getting first class.
